My HP Printer put up an Error Message and stopped. I didnt know who to call but just ramdomly chose this company. They were absolutely fabulous. Quick to respond and full of courteous and helpful suggestions over the phone. The problem remained so within 24 hours Jason came out and diagnosed the problem. He took the printer away and returned 48 hours later. They are helpful, knowledgable and very very nice to deal with. Full of advice and alternatives and good communicators. Its unlikely you will be disappointed.
